We started the day with The Little Mermaid show. While we waited I admired what the humidity had done to the girls' hair again. I just love it! Today was our first really hot day. It's been in the low to mid 70s so far but today was 85.
After The Little Mermaid we got in line for a new Toy Story ride. It was 3D and you got to shoot at targets the whole time like a carnival game. It was a blast.
Ready to shoot some targets!
And then off to a fantastic character lunch at Hollywood & Vine. The buffet lunch was terrific and the girls got to meet some of the characters from current shows that they watch.
Jane from Little Einsteins
Special Agent Oso
Handy Manny
Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates
Our own little movie star.
There was an awful lot going on! We grabbed some lunch, headed to the room for a break, hit another pool and then went back again for baths. By this time Nana and Pee Paw were back and had volunteered to let Mommy and Daddy have some time out on their own. Leyna wasn't feeling too good and we realized she had a low fever. She sat down on Nana's lap and promptly fell asleep. At 6:30.
We tucked her in, took Cora to Nana and Pee Paw's adjoining room, and went over to the resort hub for our Mommy/Daddy break. Where we mostly talked about the girls and bought them souvenirs :)
Back at the room both girls were in bed and as we settled in they both started coughing a horrible barking cough at alternating intervals. It may be a sleepless night :( They now both have low fevers, sound terrible, and I'm just praying they are okay and our last day at Disney World tomorrow is still going to be a fun one. We have to meet Rapunzel!
