Just hangin' around

Today was party recovery day :) We just hung around, played with new toys, enjoyed the various types of weather we had today, and tried not to overexert ourselves. Well, that last part was just me ;)
The girls topped off the night with a call from Grandpa to wish Cora a happy birthday. Cora was quite the talker and then Leyna got to tell one of her best knock knock jokes:

Ariel, aren't you glad I didn't say banana?
*Cue hysterical laughter*

We went for a walk in search of the best puddles in the neighborhood...

The girls painted with new watercolors. This is Rapunzel and her castle. She has green eyes and a forehead :)

Buddies hung out in the pool

Bittersweet moment: We replaced the glider (that I rocked her in when she was a teeny tiny baby) in Cora's room with her new chair from Mee Maw and Chooch. She loves it.

And then sweet sisters kept one another company during the thunderstorm and fell asleep all happy and peaceful and snug as two bugs...
