Off we go!

We're off on a little adventure! Daddy has some out-of-town classes to take so the girls and I tagged along and we'll see what we can get into. Leyna was so gung-ho about getting to the hotel, working the elevator, and toting her suitcase down the hall. It was both hilarious and adorable.

We spent the day getting settled, playing at the park, and just getting to know our surroundings.

We're in a pretty tiny room this time so bedtime was a little interesting but not too bad. This is Cora sleeping in the king sized bed since she wouldn't go for the pack-n-play (we've since successfully transferred her) and Leyna pretending to sleep because she's like me and just doesn't settle well for sleep in unfamiliar surroundings.

Daddy and I are trying to watch a movie on the lowest possible volume while having some Trader Joe's wine and goat cheese and trying not trip over Leyna's air mattress or drop cracker crumbs in Cora's crib ;) Here's to a good night's sleep and some fun adventures!
